If you have a menstrual cup, this is such an easy way to sanitize it. It takes just the tiniest little amount of water and has an automatic shut off. You can literally set it and almost forget it! it might seem silly or frivolous to buy a steamer, but i don't care. worth every penny! i'm a clean freak, & even if i wasn't, totally unsanitary to use a cooking pot for boiling menstrual discs/cups. i live in a teeny tiny apartment with a teeny tiny kitchen, so i didn't want to buy a brand new pot to take up space for the sole purpose of boiling my disc once/twice a month. i was hesitant to buy this at first, but i'm glad that i pulled the trigger & did. it's small & compact, stores easily, works well, & it's fast! much faster than boiling would be, & it's easy to "set it & forget it" - i don't have to watch it like i would if it were on the stove. i recommend Read more

This thing is amazing! For the past 4 years since I've been using a cup, I've always just had a tea kettle to boil water and then put my menstrual cup in a silicone holder and pour the water over it and leave it for 8 minutes. I love not cleaning my menstrual cup and discs in our kitchen. I feel like everything is cleaner in one room. I love how quick and compact it is. Will want a second one when my daughter is older! Only thing is we are supposed to let it dry completely and the lid just doesn't or will take days. I gave up after 24 hrs and just wiped it dry. Read more

So far I've used the unit twice following the recommended initial empty cycle and its so much easier and quicker than doing it the "old fashioned way". Maybe its the vanity lighting in my bathroom throwing it off but the max fill line could be more prominent. Other than that I'm completely happy with my purchase. It feels and look like good quality product from quality materials. I did order to Europe and it comes with US type cord tho. So keep that in mind. We ended up contacting support for Voltage information and just soldered on EU type fork ourselves. It works and all is good. Read more
