I wanted a container that was small enough to fit in my pocket but large enough for a day’s worth of bulky food based supplements as well as smaller items. This does both. It easily fits in my pocket. I also use ont for acetaminophen and another for Apple Cider Vinegar capsules for help digesting starches and sugars without raising my glucose too high. The only problem is that they are so small that I use the larger Bug Hull container to fill my weekly needs because it’s much easier to fill and only use these smaller containers to carry my supplements for when I’m going out to restaurants or visiting friends as they are so tiny that it is much harder to fill for a whole week or a whole month which takes four Bug Hulls and would take 30 of these smaller pocket size containers. They are great for my intended use but are not a substitue for larger containers that can be filled easier. Read more

I have many of these as I use them for my daily meds. It locks so it's great to be able to just throw it in my bag and I know it isn't going to open up.
