I love this keyboard as an IT guy. It’s USB, which is more reliable than wireless. It’s useful for ensured BIOS access, as wireless keyboards don’t always allow smooth access to BIOS configuration. This keyboard has a good backlight that doesn’t bother my eyes. The colors can be changed, and there are a few modes, such as breathing color changes or a fixed color. It has large, visible characters that are easy to see in the dark, and it comes with useful extra function buttons for media control and others, such as the calculator. Overall, after trying several expensive wireless keyboards, I have opted for USB for simplicity, and I’ll keep this keyboard, which is good for professional work. Very nice keyboard. I especially liked the lighted keyboard. Not really happy about the flattened tops of the keys because I'd gotten used to the nicely indented ones of my previous keyboard (which was retired because the letters/numbers had rubbed off). Feels a little weird. But I do like the wrist guard, and it was easy to operate the lights. An inexpensive wired keyboard connected by plugging it into the pc, it also had the large letters I wanted. You'd be surprised how hard it was to find these at local stores. So glad Amazon had it. I would highly recommend it and would order it again in a heartbeat! All things considered, this is an excellent large print backlit keyboard that will serve its purpose with durability, functionality as advertised, quality, and good ergonomics, all for under $30. I didn't know what to expect when I purchased it, but it is working out quite well as I become familiar with this style of keyboard. My only quibble is that the space bar is a little louder when depressed and released compared to the rest of the keys, but this does not detract from my product rating. Most importantly to me is that it works quite well with my Linux system (a Dell Inspiron 3847 Desktop, installed with Debian Linux 13.2 running a 6.12.57+deb13-amd64 kernel). For example, the multimedia controls activated by the function keys ('Fn' + ...) respond and work very well. Direction keys for scrolling and cursor movement also work nicely, as well as specialty keys such as a calculator button which launches the calculator. And of course it's just fun to experiment with the built-in keyboard backlighting functionality. All-in-all, pretty good for the price. Thanks for a nice product. Read more
I recently bought a Lenovo laptop that has a backlighting feature with the keyboard. I wanted this style of keyboard for my Dell desktop. This is a cool keyboard for aging GenX'ers who have trouble seeing the letters with bi-focal contacts, glasses, etc. Previous reviews said the letters don't light up... but mine do. I can easily see the keys on the keyboard with all lights off, at night time in my home office. Keys are large and easy to see for those who have trouble seeing things up close. Also, this is a full size keyboard with number pad. The keyboard commands for custom backlighting options for changing colors, etc... are easy to use. My only gripe is... I wish custom backlight settings could be saved, so I don't have to click through commands every time I boot up computer. It only takes a few seconds, which is no big deal. Good price, recommended for 50+ year olds with bi-focal issues. Read more
I love the large print and the back-lite. I use my keyboard sometimes after my husband is in bed. I used to have to turn my light on in my computer room so that I could see my keyboard. The light really bothered my husband as the bedroom is right next door to our computer room and it would wake him up. Now i can keep the light off since I can easily see my keyboard and thereby work on my computer during the night when I can't sleep. The color of the light changes which is very pretty. Read more

I bought this keyboard to use for work. I work from home and wanted something that was quiet when I typed (for meetings minutes) and that was backlit. The back lighting is great except it comes on in the middle of the night for now reason. The thing that made me give it this low rating is the keys stopped working. When I use the “back” button it only works part of the time or not at all. When you use quick commands they do not work. For example if you press the [WIN] button plus [L] to lock your computer it does not work at all. If I am in Excel and I press [alt] plus [return] nothing happens. Things seem to be getting progressively worse and I am going to have to stop using it all together. It has been several months so I can’t send it back but I have only had it less than 6 months. It's okay. I like how big the letters are and how spaced they are from one another, and the RGB lighting has many different options. I haven't had any issues with it not working and I've had it for months. Durability's perfectly fine. It's just that the keys aren't very satisfying to work with in terms of typing and I've been avoiding having to even type on it just because of how clunky it feels and the keys feel like they almost stick. I'd suggest getting another RGB keyboard than this. Read more
