Love the look, size and color. Waiting to see how durable the cushions are after use. At delivery, we tested it out and it leaves indentations where you were seated after getting up. Did not expect this. You can return it to what it was before being seated by gently running your hand over it. Read more
I'm really disgusted with the quality of this piece and Safavieh's customer service. I ended up going with this couch about a year ago because I couldn't find anything else in stock that would deliver within a month or two. It's quite firm and all the cushions are removable which is nice, but the bottoms of the seat cushions are velcro, so you can't flip them. The main issue with this couch is the fabric is TERRIBLE - any little thing will lead to a pull. I live alone, and don't use it much and after barely a year it looks awful. There are many pulls in the seat cushions I am afraid will lead to holes, and the cushions sag even though I rotate and refluff them often. If you have kids or pets or plan to sit on your sofa, don't buy this one!!! Read more
