This coffee table, while beautiful and easy to assemble, scratches immediately. Just one day after its arrival in the mail, the surface is already covered in hairline scratches that don't come out. All I did was set a lamp on the table, along with some books and a notebook with coil binding. I shuffled them around a little while working, but that's it. The scratches catch the light and make the table look bad. I took a picture of some of the scratches, but it's kind of hard to make them out in the photograph.
