These lamps are very nice especially the shape. Worth the money. However, the color did not work in my living room. I would give 5 stars except for the mess they caused in unpacking (see photos). They are packed in tight styrofoam (which is banned in many states including mine) and impossible to pry loose and it caused a mess. I’m still picking up the styrofoam pieces that stuck to everything in my living room. I called Safavieh about thier policy to return in original packaging and they blew me off. Poor customer service. However, Amazon was great and helped me with the return. Buy but beware of styrofoam mess unpacking. Read more

Extremely nice lamps. There was only one issue, the plastic little know was broke on arrival on one of the lamps. And because this ships through Amazon, the manufacturer would not send a replacement knob. Amazon wanted me to box both lamps up and send it back to replace both lamps in my order? I asked why would they want both lamps if it was only a broken knob on one lamp and it's because I ordered both lamps at the same time. How absolutely ridiculous is that??? After explaining dismembering them is a REAL chore and nearly impossible to do (I would need to pull the electrical wire back out from the bottom.. uggh, what a nightmare that would have been. Instead, I offered to go to the hardware store and buy another knob myself - only then did they refund me $27.00 for the costs. Smh, better than nothing I guess .. Read more

I love the style and quality of these lamps! The reason for my 3 star review is because the lampshades are two different colors. The fabric on the outside is the same so it appears that it has to do with the lining. The seam on the darker (more beige) lampshade is also not fully sealed. I don't want to have to send two lamps back for an issue with one shade and that seems to be the only option offered. Read more

Loved theses lamps, they were the perfect color for my bedroom but unfortunately they arrived broke, got a replace order and they arrived broke as well. They were packaged in styrofoam, but I’m sure they got tossed a lot in the UPS shipment. So I returned them both and ordered smaller clear lamps with orange lamp shades. Read more

Let me first say these lamps look fantastic . However quality wise that’s where it goes downhill. First one of the screw in pieces was stripped out and couldn’t get it to tighten down for the socket . I put some epoxy on it and problem solved It’s not enough for me to rerurn it . But the the Harps , both do not tilt they are so tight the shades are permanently crooked … I had to take the Harps off my old lamps to make it work . And then the packaging …. It’s the things nightmares are made of … they used only the cheapest of styrofoam that literally crumbled apart at every touch and clung to everything in my home and myself . I had to even pick it out of my dogs fur … also the design of the packaging is idiotic .. you cannot take the lamps out from either end because they taped the cords to the shade box which means you have to literally open both ends of the box and pull them in different directions . I ended up just cutting the box right down the middle but heaven forbid I would wanna return them cause I had to destroy the Box to get them out . Read more
