Dress was beautiful, color looks just like the photo and material is great, it feels so soft. The quality is really there, apart from the string used for the front lace up, but that's more of a preference on my part and could easily/affordably be replaced by another material if desired. Only problem is that it was way to small up top for me. I bought the XL-XXL. Based on the size guide and reviews, I thought it was gonna work, maybe be just a bit snug. I'm 5'4 height, 260lb, and my chest measurement is 55". There is no room for the boobs and arm holes came all the way to the hinge of my armpit. There was also a small purple dot on it. Pretty inconspicuous, could've just been a semesters marker but since I returned it, I couldn't find out if it would wash out. Read more

Dress is beautiful, I love it. Falls nicely on the body. It’s comfortable, light yet not transparent. But, beware, the ink in this fabric is very strong. I liked the dress so much, I did not want to return it. However, washing by hand, was ridiculous. The ink was just coming out like dark pigment paint. My fingers were blue from the teal color of the dress. After seeing I couldn’t get that ink flushed out, I decided to put it in the machine with a 5 rinse cycle even though it says to hand wash. I hung it in the sun until almost dry, then gave it a quick tumble dry. Came out great and I didn’t even have to iron it. I’m gonna get daring and buy more. If you decide to buy this dress, remember, you need to wash the hell out of this very pretty design. It was worth it to me. Read more

Just received this dress this week and was fairly pleased with it. Color was pretty true to photos, style was lovely. The fit is a bit tight across the bust (my bust measurement is 44”) I ordered a L/XL which gives a bust measurement fit of 46”…yeah! But I could live with that. The MAIN issue that I have relates to quality. I hand washed as directed—(which is weird because Rayon is normally not THAT delicate & the stitching and embroidery should hold with an occasional gentle cycle wash or rinse). I put it into the dryer on the DELICATE cycle for 4 minutes (Yes, I set a timer), just to get some of the water out before hanging it out to dry because I didn’t want to wring it out. I checked it after hanging it out and what I saw was a CLUMP of unraveled threads (like a LOT of them) along 1 seam and a small part of the embroidery had started to unravel as well. I can not say for sure if it: 1) arrived this way and I just didn’t notice or 2) if it happened during the hand washing or 3) it REALLY did start to unravel on a 4 minute delicate cycle.
