Great latex-free therapy bands
I was thrilled to find some latex-free resistance bands, since I'm allergic to latex. I purchased these therapy bands to work on improving my strength and balance. Ironically, shortly after they arrived, I fell on my stairs. Not only was my ankle dislocated, it was fractured in several places. Once I was able to get back home from rehab, my physical therapist suggested that I get some therapy bands. The bands come in array of colors, with each color being a different resistance level. Which works out very well for increasing the flexibility and strength of my ankle, not to mention my other body parts. I highly recommend these resistance bands. They're well worth the money. Snapped the 4th use
Love the colors. Length is fine. But the middle size one snapped the 4th use in and I didn’t even pull hard. I was a bit disappointed cause I used the orange for a while fine and was moving up to the greenish blue. Unfortunately it’s not durable. Read more
Just what I needed for bulging discs
These resistant bands are great. I have 5 bulging discs in my neck as a result from a car accident. I was going to PT and they recommended to use resistant bands at home. The variety of resistance bands and the thick material are great. They are not flimsy or feel like they'll snap in a few months. Great for traveling too. I'm currently commuting between California and Texas and I always keep these bands on hand so I can stretch in the hotel. Read more
