I purchased a bunch of button up pj's for a breast lift surgery, and I love these! I work from home, and live in comfy clothes so I am picky lol. It occurred to me I wouldn't be able to lift my arms for a bit so i just bought whatever was on sale with decent reviews. These are in my top 3 for sure! They are super soft! The arm length is good, but the pants are a little long (which i like). I am 5'6", so if you are shorter you may be stepping on them. I shove them in my slipper boots. Out of all the ones I bought I would say this is the biggest medium. If you like them a little more true to size, I would size down. I definitely could have done the small, but overall im happy with the comfy feel of the medium.
