This is a great carry-on and I bought it in the burnt orange. I have gotten some compliments and it’s done quite a bit of traveling and has held up well! The wheels are spinners. The suitcase is huge; perfect size for checked baggage. My husband and I used it to pack for a five-day trip for a friend’s wedding all in one bag. The hard shell was very effective, and the four wheels were easy to glide around. However, when we returned, our bag came down the carousel with NO top handle. Baggage handling ripped it clean off. All our tags were gone with it (thank goodness it didn’t get lost). Granted, our bag was FULL, and being handled by people in a hurry, but I think the handle should be designed to hold up for more than one round trip with a full load. No doubt we’ll use it again... but with our tags on the side handle. Read more

Received this pack one month ago and finally got chance to use one of the luggages one week ago. The carry on luggage is good, high quality, when I was using it nothing wrong happened. Samsonite brand is great, and this pack was sold by Amazon, not the third seller, so I don’t need to worry about anything at all. The price was good too, I bought this pack when it was on sale, saved the money. Another two luggages haven’t been used yet, but when I’m using any of them I will not hesitate to leave my feedback here again. Read more

Bought in May. All was well when I ordered, and item came as described. However since using it twice, I am SO SO SO disappointed with a Samsonite bag. When I first used it on my trip in May / June - the zip was not as smooth as expected when I opened my bag - it gnarled; but after opening and closing the zip a few times, it "corrected' itself and I didn't think anything of it. On my recent trip just this late October, the bag zipped fine as I was packing - but upon arriving at the hotel in my destination country, the zip was completely opened. Good thing I had a luggage cover or my personal items may have been lost. I am not able to return the item. There is no Samsonite service center where I live, but a department store here said they will assist me to send it overseas to the nearest service center; but they warned me that zippers are not part of the 'warranty'? And that I may have to pay for the replacement - and they are also not sure how long it will take. What's the point of a 10 year warranty, when upon using an item twice, it is damaged. I am not able to return via Amazon, and get a refund or replacement. Read more

The Good: Unique orange color stands out at luggage claim. Well made and very durable as it's traveled with me for over 25,000 miles and looks new still. The built in TSA lock is a nice feature that I take advantage of. Can expand pretty dramatically for extra storage. Huge inner compartment and I really mean huge..this is what I usually take with me on work trips of 3 months or more: PS4 and 2 controllers, 7 outfits, beach towel, steel toes, hardhat, 2 novels, sweatshirt, jacket, cribbage board and cards, beer mug, boat shoes, one "going out" outfit, cutting board and chef's knife, Tupperware x 3, 2-4 novels, laptop and charger, work records, Bluetooth speaker, and more. I've actually found myself collecting packing material to fill up the excess room on occasion so things don't shift around. Additionally, the interior is well designed to keep things from shifting. Half of it can be enclosed by a mesh zipup which full separates it from the other half. The other half has a 'long way' zipper that you can stuff clothes inside and zip up, also has a stretchy buckle clip for holding your favorite sports coat on top. Roller wheels are well made and go 360 degrees with ease. There are 'feet' on every surface that you'd lay it on. One fixed handle on top, one on the side. A telescoping handle also on top with 2 variations of height. You literally wont find a better deal. I travel enough to say I'm adept at identifying things that help or hinder one's progress to an airport and to your destination and back, this product helps 100% and is worth more than the price.
