I got this for long car rides because of my herniated disc. The material feels really nice, and the strap keeps it in place, which I love. It gives light support for the upper back, but the hollow center means it doesn’t fully support my lower back, and over time the shape softens a bit. Very comfortable. I work in an office and sit at a desk most of the day. My provided office chair has no lumbar support. I purchased this pillow in hopes that it would help support my lower back. This pillow fits my needs perfectly!! When I first purchased the pillow it felt like it was too much support however, after using the pillow for a couple of weeks I have noticed a dramatic change in my comfort at work and my back now feels 100% better!!
