Best battery pack/power bank
Very slick, compact, two ports both USB-C but gets the job as you can charge the pack through both ports and you can also charge you device from both ports. Plus if you own two devices or want to wirelessly charge you earbuds or watch this has a wireless pad too. You can actually charge the power bank while you use the wireless pad and the other port to charge your devices. But wouldn't recommend doing this. Read more
Fast charging
Haven't had it long but very handy when I've needed it. Charges my watch super fast which was one of the main reasons I got it. Didn't want to carry around a separate charger for my watch and my phone. I'm able to charge my watch and phone at the same time. It's has been super handy and fast charging. Read more
The 20,000 is NOT Wireless - Only the 10,000 HAS Wireless Charging
I was looking for a wireless charger. After reviewing the 10k I liked what I saw and then ordered the 20k for a few dollars more. However I had to cancel the 20k order because I discovered it was not wireless charging capable., The two really should not be under the same listing! I cancelled and ordered the 10k wireless model. The "Quick Start Guide" was worthless - it didn't mention ports, function indicators, or the button that looked like a "port filler" that was really the button to begin wireless charging. Once the button is pressed, an led shows red for wireless charging and later shows green when completed. Otherwise there is a white led bar for 10k unit-charging progress,. The Samsung 10k wireless charger worked with my LG V60 Phone fine. Haven't used enough yet for reviewing it's battery life. Read more

purchased the previous version of this Samsung battery pack four years ago, and i couldn't have been more satisfied with it, it finally stopped taking a charge a couple of months ago. purchased this new equivalent battery pack and it is terrible, right out of the box it takes twice as long to charge up and drains when charging something twice as fast. even fully charged if i let it sit for a week or so without using it, it looses its charge. dont waste your money Read more
