When I bought these Samsung earphones in 2018, they included a selection of 4 different ear gels, including one pair with a short gel wing that rests along the ear. The new models have the same quality and comfort, but only include two gel pairs, both without the wings. The benefit of the wing is that it prevents the bud from rotating while in the ear, which causes the bud to pop out. It's harder to keep these in the ear than the 2018 models with the winged ear gel. The seller should explain this and suggest that customers may want to purchase winged ear gels separately, if they are available. Read more

Overall a fair experience of stereo headset. It will not be comfortable the longer you plug these into your ears. For extended usage, I would recommend you to get a headphone. Sound quality, as long as you're not looking for top notch audio experience and using it occasionally on afternoon run for example, this is more than enough. Update: It's been 1 year since I ordered this buds and I must say that it still rocks the same quality as when I first got it. I have sensitive, small ears. I cannot stand the earbuds with the squishy ends that suction to your ear, and all of the other brands I have tried are too wide for my ear and hurt. I have purchased probably 6 pairs of these over the years (mostly because I lose them; they have never stopped working). They don't provide "excellent" sound, but it's definitely worth the less than $10 for purely the comfort. They get the job done. I've used them while cutting my yard, in my car with the windows down and with the soft cushions, they provide some "noise cancel=ling" for you. Listeners do tend to hear the background noise, but it isn't reported to be as loud as it is for me. My only con is that the little soft gels come off easily and I have to replace those often or wear the buds without them (which isn't that bad). Read more

Right from the start I noticed there was a humming sound on it. I ordered 3 of them on Aug.'23. I was happy to have found these Samsung headphones as I thought they were the real thing. I couldn't find them anywhere. But as it turns out they were fakes so I kept one because I had used them and returned the other two. As of 3/17 the one I kept completely stopped working. An original Samsung would have never stopped working in 7 months! Also the wire kept getting tangled. I had purchased Samsung wired headphones in the past I never had these issues and they lasted at least 2 years. I DON'T RECOMMEND THESE AT ALL! Read more
