I am a fan of the Samsung brand. I had owned a few DVD players in the past had required multi endless cables to hook it up. Especially if there's a Soundbar, Cable box and the TV itself is an ordeal. To my shocking surprised I only needed one (1) cable to deal with the connection with the Blue-ray component to the TV. Even more surprised no more multi remote control for each item. Only one (1) remote control to turn on the TV, Soundbar and Blue-ray. Note: all components must be the same Samsung brand for the convenience of one remote control. The picture quality is sharp and details clear the only noise you hear coming from the unit when a new disk insert adjusting to the disk formate. The downside is the manual itself. They send you a Quick Guide manual to show you how to set up the component itself. Very EASY. The real trick is how to operate the unit, especially with its WiFi connection. I download the manuals for extra help in the SETTING features. You are on your own because of the Manuel don't explain anything. So you need a degree in IT to maneuver the setting features.
