First off, the seller I got this from was great. Arrived on time. Watch didn't have a single scuff or smudge on it. Literally like new. Box is generic, but everything inside looks original including the charger and the manuals. The battery was a little low (56%) when I got it, so I gave it a charge before set up and it was full in no time. Watch itself is great. Easy set up as long as you follow the directions and use the app. Picked a simple watch face and called it good. The main complaint I saw about this watch is the battery life. I read up before getting it and adjusted settings right off the bat. I don't keep the face on all the time (1. For battery life and 2. Some users had screen burn) I don't care much for the health things, so I have all preferences like the bpm monitor set to manual so I use them as I see fit instead of them either going continuously or every 10 minutes. If you have bad eyesight like me, use the large font setting And for the love of everything, download the Gboard app. Like literally right out of the box past set up, get it. Otherwise you have to use T9 and text like it's 2000 again. The only downside (for me) is I have tiny wrists and the standard band is way too large. There are large gaps on either side. This isn't really a downside, I just had to spend a little extra on a new band. No biggie. Over all, great watch. I may just get my partner one too. (It now has a walkie-talkie app!) Read more
I was worried about it being refurbished. I've had bad luck before. This watch has exceeded my expectations. Battery life is short-ish. I get about 3 days on a charge, but I use it endlessly. Constant heart monitoring, messages, music, all of it. I cannot complain at all. This is my 3rd Galaxy watch and by far is my favorite. I've had it for 2 months now and I am always finding new things it can do. Love love love! Read more
My samsung watch looks and works good. The band looks and feels new, very comfortable. I think it may have had some grime left in the corners of the screen edge. But otherwise looks new. No blemishes or scratches. 40mm. Has great features like sleep tracking and heart rate and activity monitoring. I charge mine for under 30 minutes in the morning and the evening. Battery life seems to depleate quickly. Amazing watch for the price. (Refurbished) Read more

The watch itself is fine. It works like it should. The charger they sent with it, however, is complete garbage. It's an off-brand knock-off, and routinely fails to charge the watch at all over the course of a day, maybe even draining it faster. I know it's the charger, because we tried an on-brand charger and it's worked every single time. So just know you'll probably want to get an authentic charger if you order this. **Update** After 5 months, the battery no longer charges. At all. We have left it on the known *good* charger (the original charger that came with and still reliably charges mine, same make and model) for several days now and it's *still* dead. Avoid this product. Either their quality control sucks, or they're intentionally scamming customers with bad "refurbishments." Read more
Love this watch. It does everything I wanted it to do. Just wish the battery lasted longer. You do have to charge it every day.Display is very good and clear. It has a good selection of features. Even though you have to charge it everyday, it charges fast. Read more
The ban that comes with it is garbage, but I bought one of the expandable nylon (?) bands. That works WELL to hold it on write firmly - which is necessary for all the health functions. Sleep tracking works at least as well as my HR2 - and I believe somewhat better. I am using the Oxygen sensing while sleeping as well as heart rate. The ECG will ONLY detect AFib as a diagnosis - but you can look at the trace - especially on phone app and get a good idea. It would be better it is was lead II rather than lead one. For example, with lead one you are not really seeing atrial flutter at all. With lead 2 you can. But to do that they would have to go between left leg and right hand. I do that with a handheld ECG - and that allows me to see much more. Overall seems well designed - and my only beef is the vibration. The Fitbit HR2 would reliably wake me with the vibration mode - which did not disturb my wife. Not so with the S4 Watch. I can barely feel the vibration with I am awake and just sitting at my desk. The need a MUCH stronger vibrator. IF you turn off the functions you do not need - and you do not use always-on display - you can easily get more than a days out of the battery. Leave everything on as it comes from the factory - and you will be lucky to get a half day. Look for an article on internet of "what to do to optimize battery life, etc" on the S4 Watch. Read more
I got this watch yesterday earlier than expected. The battery only lasted a couple hours but I am guessing that's because of all the updates. It took a while to connect to the phone. It also had a few scratches but nothing worth sending it back for. It came in the original box and had the original charger along with it Read more
