Received in excellent condition. Looked it over with my watch glasses (I collect and work on watches but wear Smart Watches daily), other than one tiny, and I mean almost microscopic, it was in perfect cosmetic condition cosmetically. I put the new band on and the protective glass cover and charged it up. (Both ordered separately) Issue with the charger. The charger is aftermarket (Ashley) and barely magnetic. It took a very long time to charge the watch. It will charge, watch face must be down and the charger sitting on the back, it is not magnetic enough for it to stay any other way. After charging, the watch required about four updates which took a while, but no big deal. That is normal. It was in “Out of box” configuration so that was to be expected, took about an hour total. After getting it set up the way I wanted it, I made sure it was fully charged to test the battery since there were so many complaints. I initially tested for two hours under normal use. Lost 3% of the charge in two hours. The battery lasted 34 hours under normal use from 100% to 0% and shut off. I do not sleep with my watch; I put it on charge when I go to bed. So, the battery will be perfectly fine. Five stars for condition. Five stars for function. Five stars for battery. 2.5 Stars for the generic charger but it only gets that because it charges, not fast, almost no magnetism. Overall, four stars. If it came with a perfectly functioning charger, it would be an easy five stars for the price. Read more

Ive had this watch for about 4-6 weeks now. I'll address the main issue with this watch first, which is the battery life. The battery only lasts about 36 hours, with wifi and Bluetooth turned on along with Samsung Health (without continuous tracking). That's not much compared to some other watches out there. The US model doesn't have blood pressure monitoring capability, either. That being said, it does have blood oxygen, pulse and step monitoring sensors. It is comfortable considering the size. As for apps, the Google play store has a lot of apps that can be installed directly onto the watch and when I paired it with my samsung phone, I can transfer pictures and all sorts of things directly to the watch. WhatsApp works on the watch (but doesn't support videos). Same with Facebook Messenger. Snapchat will notify you on the watch but refers you to the phone to actually see the message. The speaker on the watch has good sound quality for its size and Spotify can be installed on it. Call sound quality is mixed. Calls and texts can be made directly from the watch using its mic and speaker if it is connected to your phone via bluetooth. The band is silicone and is comfortable to wear and easy to clean. The display has decent scratch resistance. I haven't managed to scratch it at all yet. The bezel still turns and clicks flawlessly. Connectivity is good. I can leave my phone in the house and go outside and still be able to answer calls and messages on the watch. In summary, it's a great watch, but you need to stay on top of keeping it charged.
