I have tiny ears and find it near impossible to find earbuds that actually stay in my ears or don't stick out like crazy. These are significantly smaller than the Pros, and while they still stick out a little bit, they stay in my ears mostly and feel pretty comfortable. Likes: - sound quality is good, and noise cancellation works great - nice and small, and actually stay in my ears most of the time - Decent battery life. I can use these a few days in a row of several hours of use and still have juice left in the case - love having wireless charging. We've got a Samsung triple wireless charger and I just pop these on it with my phone at the end of the day and it's golden. - People can generally hear me relatively well for phone calls Dislikes: - ambient sound could use some improvement. I tend to hear a LOT of background noise (I work in a research lab), such as equipment running, fans, etc, and barely hear voices - Super slippery. Because it is shiny slick plastic, I feel like they slip in my ears more than they should, and can be hard to grasp getting out of the case - when putting them in, they register my touch, and generally start switching between ambient and ANC. So the earbuds came in great condition and work the only issue is one earbud (the right one) seems to have a speaker issue. It produces way lower sound than the left earbud. I've owned many samsung products and earbuds so I know how to balance them and change the settings in the app but that isn't helping. Its obvious the one earbud is defective.
