Ear buds wouldn't hold a charge. They didn't last more than a minute. Contacted customer service and I am in the middle of fighting for a refund. They want me to drop off the ear buds for a refund. I explained to them that I'm disabled and in a wheelchair, making that nearly impossible. Only other choice is to pay 8 dollars to have UPS pick it up which I don't feel I should have to do, being that they sold me a defective item. The first time I contacted Amazon, they let me get a replacement without having to return the item. Second time they told me I'd get a refund without having to return the defective item, immediately after, I received an email saying I'd get my refund after they receive the item. Now they tell me that they're contacting the seller. Customer service is a mess. Update* They sent me a free shipping label to send the ear buds back. I'm still upset because my refund is going to take a long time, but at least I won't have to pay to return them. Read more
