I thought long and hard before buying this headset, as I needed one for active conversation use. Reading through the reviews, I saw many complaints about it falling out of the ear. I believe this highly depends on individual ear anatomy. In my case, I have had absolutely no issues with wearing it. The headset stays in place perfectly—whether during normal wear, active movements, jumps, or workouts. Why I chose this version instead of the Pro: I wear it all day long, and having a sealed ear canal for extended periods can be harmful. After wearing another closed-type headset for a year, I noticed my ear became less sensitive (I talk a lot throughout the day). To my surprise, the sound quality of this model is excellent—balanced and natural, without overhyped bass or mids. For those who love artificially boosted sound (as many modern TWS earbuds tend to provide), you might want to look elsewhere. But if you're into a more natural, realistic audio experience, this is a great choice. As for microphone quality: My voice comes through at an average level. With my previous Jabra 45, people couldn’t tell whether I was on the phone or using a headset. So far so good. These type of earbuds either fit or don't fit your ears and unfortunately the only way to find out is to try them. For me, they fit great and I have never liked the in ear type so these are great. They sound great and love the EQ that is available to make your own adjustments. I also love the voice commands (play music, stop music, volume up, etc) that you can use without any touch. Microphone is FANTASTIC and was one of the big reasons I purchased these after watching various reviews. These may not be perfect for everyone, but they are perfect for me so far! Read more

I purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 hoping for a reliable, all-around wireless earbud experience. For the first six months and a few days, they worked perfectly fine. The audio quality for listening to music is still acceptable, which is the only reason this isn't a zero-star review. However, the primary reason I need wireless earbuds—the ability to make clear phone calls—has completely failed. Just past the six-month mark, the microphone functionality for calls suddenly stopped working. I cannot use these earbuds to call anyone. I even did troubleshoot like factory reset, unpair and pair again but did not help at all. Read more
