The Galaxy Fan Edition earbuds are comfortable in my ears w the smaller tip & the wingtips for a safer fit. It was easy to change the tip. Ive had no issues with conecting them to my ipad, my samsung phone & my vizio tv! long battery,over 8 hrs each i like to wear one bud, to stay aware of my surroundings. These have good sound quality and I can't tell they were refurbished. The fit hurts a little bit because my ears are small, but that was something easily fixable by swapping the ear piece. They're easy to connect to a phone, and last hours upon hours. Sometimes I will fall asleep with them in, and wake up in the morning with them still playing WITH life left over. I think these are a good alternative for people who don't want to spend hundreds on brand new products. Disappointed – No Ear Tips Included I recently purchased the Galaxy Buds FE and was really looking forward to trying them out. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that the package did not include any ear tips at all. This is a basic accessory that is essential for a proper fit and comfort, and without them, the earbuds are almost unusable. For a product in this price range, I expected better attention to detail and quality control. I now have to spend extra time and money to find compatible ear tips just to be able to use these. I love these...this is my second pair only bc I dropped them and they were run over and left outside in the rain all night and day. Surprisingly, the left one still works. The Ambient sound and this is the only bud that fits perfectly in my small ears. Must buy!!! Read more

These were great. The case and the buds present as new. However, it also says "Package Contents: Charging Case, Earbuds,Eartips (S, M, L), Wingtips(S/M, M/L), C to C Cable, Quick Start Guide." The package did NOT include eartips nor wingtips. Those items allow for adjustability. I contacted Amazon about it. They said they would contact the seller, and I would hear from them within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. I then discovered that I could get a NEW set for a mere $7 more, and ordered them. Shame on me for not doing enough research on the product and pricing... With the tips included with the new set, I decided to simply keep the "renewed" set, and adjust them to my needs. If they fail, I have the new set to replace. Anyway, they seem to stay in place for the most part. I find that chewing on food may make them come loose, but you know it's happening when it's happening, and can nudge them back in. In conclusion, these "renewed" ones at the time were about $45, and new ones were $52. Buy the new ones. If you like them, buy more as they have been replaced by Samsung. They're now cigarette butt, sticking out of your ear style. Nobody wants to look like that. New, not refurbished version of these gets a 4 star rating. Not audiophile buds, but I'm not sure those exist. Get full on headphones for that purpose, not earbuds. Read more
