after trying and returning 4 different wireless earbuds i landed on these and im glad. they're easy to use, stay in my ear, and sound great. Very happy with these and pair within moments and quite easily with Apple iPhone - best alternative to the hard plastic air pods that easily fall-out, in my book. These stay in the ear, fit snug and can be modified for three different fitting sizes they come with. The sound is an excellent default balance between highs and lows, not overly heavy/boomy bass that overshadows all the rest of your music. I got the US version when I pre-ordered my Note 10+. Those Galaxy Buds are extremely well built, its also got that pearlescent white that changes color in the light, sadly they went through a wash cycle in my washing machine and wont charge anymore. Then I bought these and I'm slightly disappointed, the cap hinge is very loose and doesn't snap up like the old ones did, other than that the case is identical and the wording on the bottom are in Spanish. These earbuds are low quality. The background noise cancellation.... there's none. As I was on a call it dropped without me moving or touching anything. There's no warning that will tell you that the battery will run-out when you're on a call. The buds are also bulky. When I took them off, my ears were sensitive to the touch. Read more

For the price, I guess I wasn't terribly surprised to open the box and find that they weren't brand new, but it was not in the description, and I didn't read the reviews because this is my third pair and I am familiar with them (lost the first two). There was a sticker on them that said "Cleaned and Tested" so I guess that's good. They look clean. It just would have been nice to know they were not new. Shipping took two weeks. Read more
