Samsung Galaxy Buds2 True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds - Phantom Black

PACKAGING/CONDITION: I received my order in a timely manner and it came with its original packaging as far as I can tell. It wasn't missing anything at all (two different sized tips and charger were included). There weren't really any scratches or visible damage to my headphones, which was great. I've seen complaints on other places about earwax, but these were completely clean. They're also very compact, pretty easy to put in any kind of pocket, actually surprised me how small it was lol. Overall, it looked like they were new. BATTERY LIFE: My headphones were dead when they arrived and it took about an hour to completely charge them. They last like 4-5 hours for me, but I use them a lot (wasted 20% in an hour on YouTube watching videos). COMFORT: I would say I have medium sized ears, but the tips it had on in it's case fit me too loose, so they would slip out or come close to falling off. I had to use the larger tips, which improves the sound quality for me to seal off my ear, but still feel a bit loose. I don't think I'd wear them on runs until I'd feel a little more confident that they wouldn't fall over time. SOUND: The active noise cancellation on my buds don't really work (not sure if it's bc it's refurbished/renewed - doubt it though). The ANC sounds the same as using the earbuds without any of the sound settings, but I'll give it another shot another time. That being said, the regular settings without added sound features closes off sound pretty good on their own too once you've found your own fit. The ambience sound works great, you can set it to how you want and it's pretty good. Overall, you wouldn't even tell they're refurbished compared to new ones (I've used my friend's before). For years I've avoided earbuds without ear hooks or wings because I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. I'm also very cheap so I stayed away from buds over about $50. That is probably why I've waited so long to take the plunge and I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I settled on the small size tips and these Galaxy Buds 2 stay in my ears extremely well, and they do it comfortably! The controls are easy to master, the sound cancelation feature works extremely well, sound quality is great to my ears (admittedly I primarily use them to listen to audiobooks, not so much music) and I can hear callers very well and they can hear me just as well. So I do recommend the Galaxy Buds 2, especially the Amazon Renewed ones! One word of warning, though. Do not ... I repeat, do NOT ... let these go through a wash cycle because you accidentally leave them in your pants pocket. If you do they will stop working altogether. I speak from experience, and it cost me. The only reason I would not give this product a 10/10 is due to the fact that the Buds have a tendency to create different volumes per right and left earbud, yet there is a simple fix (but weird). Suck on the earbud (after cleaning, of course) really hard, as if you're trying to suck the speaker back in place. Other than this, they have lasted time and time again with great volume, great noise cancelling for the noisy bus I have to ride in the mornings, as well as moderately good bass for earbuds!
