These are great! No dings or damage to the case or earbuds. They connected right up, updated & sound amazing! These are so much better then my Bose, I'm really glad I made the switch! **UPDATE 3mnths later** I am returning these before its too late. They won't stay in my ears after wearing them for about 20 mins. My ears get hot & moist & they slip out constantly! Also, everytime I push one back in the touch sense turns my volume up & down, I did set this feature before knowing I would be fiddling with them every 5 minutes. PROS: I think these earbuds are stylish and much more convenient to use than wired buds whose cords always get tangled. They produce decent sound for movies - I don't often listen to music so can't judge them for that use. The ability to switch between Ambient sound and Noise canceling modes is convenient. The microphone worked well producing a clear sound for callers. The Auto Switch function worked well switching between my Samsung galaxy S20 FE 5 G phone and my Acer Chromebook Spin 713. CONS: The charging is inconsistent. The left earbud's battery power drains more quickly than the right. This is the first wireless bud I've purchased, and -- full disclosure -- I did buy these as refurbished, not brand new. I'm not sure if a brand-new pair of this brand and model, or any other brand and model would have the same charging issue. Although it's convenient to have tap-to-control functions, I regularly turned them off or stopped movie playback by inadvertently touching them when adjusting my eyeglasses, putting my hands behind my head, brushing back my hair, etc. I wish the companion app allowed for better battery control. Capping the charge at 80-85% and warning when the battery drops below 20 % charge would allow you to maximize the battery life. Unfortunately, these features are missing from the Galaxy Wearables companion app. Read more

Can use and charge individually. Running constantly for 4-5 hours. Does provide noise cancelling in most instances. One caveat, if speaking to someone that wears hearing aids on a phone call, noise cancelling does not work. No ear fatigue. These are hands down my favorite pair. Read more

I bought the refurbished "excellent" condition. They arrived with no charge. After charging the case and earbuds to 100%, the left bud lost charge within 4 hours WITHOUT USING THEM, and the right earbud dropped down to 54% and the case to 36% again without touching them. Then I started to use the right bud that was at 54% just to see if it would die quick and it went down to 16% battery after using for less than 10 minutes. I am so frustrated by this purchase.
