Don't buy!
Product was supposed to be delivered to my place of choice with set up and trash taken and 5 year warranty, it was left in package room down the hill,I'm a 65 yr old disabled man, after lot of hard work and pain I got it in my apartment unboxed it set it up. NO PICTURE! Black screen with audio. I called Samsung they informed me Amazon would have to take care of. I call Amazon and got nothing but "if it don't work return it", I informed them of my physical problems and cound not return it myself,after a brief argument and a supervisor intervention it was agreed that UPS would pick it up it sat for two weeks, with fear paying for something that didn't work I hired a man to help me take it to Staples. As for the 5 year warranty I was informed that was moot I won't be ordering any big package item for Amazon again Read more
