The earphones work well. They came defective the first time but I got them replaced no problem and things sometimes just come like that so I understand. They sound great and sit comfortably in my ears. They aren't sound cancelling but I don't mind at all because I constantly have people trying to talk to me when I'm listening to music. The microphone and remote work great for phone calls and skipping to the next song. Got them in white and they came with extra gels in case I lose the ones already on them and a case to keep them in. I purchased these headphones previously a few years ago. I always get a new pair every 3 or 5 years once they start to wear out or get dingy. Well I searched everywhere in the house and I couldn't find my headphones and so I decided to buy another pair on Amazon. Well we did the laundry that weekend and guess what I pulled out the dryer in my coat pocket, the missing headphones. So at that time I was glad I purchased a new pair because I figured the pair that went through the wash and dry cycle would never work. I decided to keep them anyway and test them out or either toss them once I got home. Hahaha I couldn't believe it they actually worked and sounded the same and everything. I know these headphones are not waterproof. I can't believe for $7 they can go through all of that and still work. You have more expensive headphones that would never survive such abuse. My old Samsung earbuds used to be a lot better than these unfortunately. I loved the design of these earbuds and they never hurt my ears. However, these sound much different, and I get a lot of complaints about sounding far away or hard to hear. At first I thought I was just not talking into the microphone, but even holding the microphone to my face, my phone calls consistently say its hard to understand me. Read more

I accidentally broke my Samsung headphones cleaning the wax out of them. I decided to take out the ear piece and damaged them. I came on Amazon looking for the same one and expecting to pay $30 but was surprised they were only $8. You can get 2 for $12.99. These work great on Zoom, Teams, and Webex calls, calling friends and family, and just listening to music. I highly recommend these as this is my 2nd pair. It was well packaged too in clear charcoal box and it came with a few extra silicone covers in case you lose them. I had previously bought a pack of like 20 or so and still have them.
