I love these pants, and more importantly my 7 year old loves these pants. I will most likely go back and order a pair for my older daughter. The fabric is great for a parachute pant. It repels water, is lightweight, and kind of swishes when you walk. The color is as vibrant as the picture shows (rose red) and is baggy enough to make it "cool" in terms of style. I love all that it has a bunch of pockets. A lot of times with girls pants, even cargo, the pockets are fake just for looks but this has multiple real pockets. They also have a working bungee drawstring at the bottom of the legs. The fit was great for my daughter, perfect around the waist and baggy around the legs. They are a bit long for her, but that is exactly what I would expect for a 7 year old wearing a 7/8. Although the waist is elastic, I could see that this may be tight for some girls being that my daughter is fairly slender, at the bottom of the age range and the waist wasn't baggy at all. I received these cargo pants through Amazon Vine for an honest review. The pants looked so comfortable, I was excited to order and receive them. The elastic waist is not stretchy at all. The legs are huge and disproportionate to the waist. The elastic in the bottom of the legs is adjustable; however, the legs are so wide they look silly with blousing. I had high hopes for this pair of pants. They failed to deliver. The sizing is completely off with waist. The pair I received does not look anything like the picture on the vendors Amazon page. These are...okay. Fit is pretty good, but fabric is crunchy and cheap feeling. What I really dislike is that all the snaps on all the pockets are fake. Some of the pockets themselves are fake.
