SANGTREE Womens Quick Dry Parachute Cargo Pants

The material in these pants is very light weight, and thin but not see through, and it makes an odd crinkly noise when you move. The seams on the ones I received have many loose threads, so they don't seem very durable. The waistband is thick and tight, making it very uncomfortable, and the hips seem cut smaller than normal for a size small. There are cords to tighten the waist if you need it, and also cords on the ankles that are supposed to pull them together like joggers. If you pull them tight, the cords hang down on your feet and look ridiculous as well as posing a tripping hazard. There are 2 shallow side pockets that don't seem like they could hold your phone secure, and one cargo pocket that is hard to get to because it's so far down and blocked by a long adjustment strap. There are 2 flaps on the legs that are not actual pockets, and must just be to add to the cargo pants look. There is also a fake pocket on the back. If you just want to look like you're wearing parachute pants with a cargo style, and don't care about functionality, then you may like these. These could be worn with any casual tops, boots or sneakers, and would be appropriate for many social or casual events. They are probably not the best for cold weather, but would be ok for hot weather. The material content and care instructions tag was cut off these pants before they were shipped to me, so there are no washing or drying instructions available. They are priced reasonably for the type of pants they are, but the seller's listing currently also charges a significant fee for delivery for the army green color that I ordered. Some of the other colors have free delivery but are currently price higher than the army green. Considering the poor fit and questionable quality on the pair I received, I do not consider them a good value. Read more

These are nice, comfortable cargo pants made from a thin, quick-dry material (not see-through) that’s perfect for warmer days. The fabric feels soft and breathable, making them great for casual wear or outdoor activities. They do run a bit small, though. I ordered a size Small for my daughter, who is 5'6" and weighs about 100 lbs. They fit her perfectly, but she usually wears an XS in pants, so you may want to size up if you’re between sizes. The length is fine for her — they just cover her ankles — but they would likely be too short for anyone taller, especially if you plan to wear them with anything other than flat shoes. One thing I found odd is the price difference between colors — some are around $27 while others are only $16, even though they’re the exact same style. VERY small for a large, material was also really thin in my opinion, as someone that owns like 3 different pairs of cargo pants off amazon these were the least stretchy most thin pair i have tried. i think if you acknowledge they run small and are wanting a thinner pair for hotter weather these would be fine. the color is really pretty actually! so just be careful of sizing and understand these would not be good for colder weather. I ordered this in my normal size, but found the waist to be too snug, which made them a bit uncomfortable. I found it odd they made it so snug, because it also has a cinching cord at the waist. The fabric is a thin nylon/polyester, which is what I imagined it would be when they were called Parachute pants. The stitching and construction are also what I would expect from a pants of this price range. Unfortunately, 2 of the lower pockets and the back pocket are not really pockets and are flaps are just for show. Additionally these flaps seem to wrinkle up in odd ways. These would be appropriate pants to wear on warmer rainy days, as they would dry quickly, but I would probably pick a different pair to wear just because of these issues. Read more

These are really fun and incredibly comfortable pants. Lightweight, breathable, and the cargo pockets are a plus. They are definitely quick-dry as the material is a thin nylon/windbreaker fabric. The fit is great and very roomy. I'm docking one star simply because the material is very thin. From the photos, I thought they might have a bit more structure, but they are true parachute pants. This isn't a bad thing, just something to be aware of. They're perfect for a casual, trendy look, but don't expect a heavy duty cargo pant. Read more

I was really looking forward to these. Unfortunately, the elastic around the waist makes them about 2 sizes too small. I'm 5'7" and 125lbs. I ordered the large. I can't tell you what the "premium fabric" is, because the only tag is a cut off end of a tag with no text. (See photo. Makes me a bit suspicious!) That also means that I had no washing instructions. The pants came very wrinkled. I washed them on medium and warm, and dried them on regular cycle. They came out wrinkle-free, and didn't shrink. The black is as dark as before washing. Up front, these pants were a perfect match in color. I ordered the lavender, and it is truly beautiful. A spot on match to the what's advertised. Something that surprised me, though, was the texture of the pants. They felt very thin and reminiscent of the texture of scrubs. If you want your pants to be super airy and lightweight, then they are PERFECT; if you were expecting something with more warmth against the fall chill, then these wouldn't be my first choices.
