This sweater is a great thick material. It is very oversized. I would definitely not recommend up sizing and if you don’t want a baggy look then I would downsize. I know it’s not supposed to be worn off the shoulder, but because of how baggy it is it can be wore that way. It is comfy and soft and plenty long enough to wear with leggings. Read more
