The media could not be loaded. So between the great debate of 5070 vs 9070 I found what I think was the best deal for the most vram and found this card at $649. I know a 5070 can be found cheaper but I do usually like to aquire the higher end luxury cards as they say and only one other card was cheaper at the time (Asus prime). The 9070 provides the same 16gb vram, lower power consumption and similar performance to 5070ti for a better price. Card looks amazing as expected from a sapphire nitro + model. Runs my games at max settings and out frames/caps my ultragear 165hz refresh rate all while running smoothly with no stutters. I will try on my new 280 hz ROG strix monitor soon and hope for the best. The 12pin power adapter uses 3 8 pin connectors to feed it, a little over kill imo as the card has not pulled more than 220-230 watts on 1440p native ultra. Using upscaling 1080-1440 it runs average of 190w while gaming. I bought this blindly because of a deal, I never expected to be a huge card and mostly with the infamous 12vhpwr plug. Despite that, this card looks pretty solid and gorgeous, the temperature are below 50° most of the time, BUT, the fan is really noisy under load, but that doesn't matter to me because I live in a pretty noisy area, so I'm accustomed to it. Amazing card upgraded from Intel arc a770, b580 now to this card and runs perfectly, doesn’t overheat and the fans stay quiet as well. Pound for pound as high end gpus go this is a great value that competes with the 5070 and is compatible with my z790 hero and 13th gen cpu.
