DO NOT BUY. Waste of money and time. I am returning immediately. My experience briefly outlined below. - Product not suitable for resale by company that is selling it. - Product may be unusable for buyer as it was for me. - Safety and Privacy are at risk due to this issue. - Lack of timely responses from Support. - Factory Resetting the wallet DOES NOT resolve the issue. I went to pair the device with Find My as instructed after buying a separate wireless charger because one in not included. When I attempted pairing with Find My, the item could not be registered BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY LINKED TO SOMEONE ELSE’S APPLE ACCOUNT. Freshly out of the box!!! How does that happen? I attempted to use their support chat, but support was “not available at this time”. My only guess is that I received a wallet that had recently been returned and you can only change Apple accounts for items after 90 days. So I’m out of luck waiting. Could be a day, could be weeks, could be 90 days. Not to mention that some stranger out there may now know where I live right before I go out of the country for a trip. After multiple attempts to turn off and on the wallet, then performing at least 5 successful factory resets, this did not resolve my issue. Read more
