This is a very comfortable pillow for training to sleep on your back. It is also comfortable if you are a side sleeper. The shape fits well behind my head with support on either side of my face. Hey folks, this pillow does provide some neck support for a few hours but did not last me more than four hours at a time. I am always surprised when I open something that is memory foam because I never expect items to change size so drastically. LOL! This pillow is no exception. It arrived in a small package but once it sat overnight it formed into a nice sized (17.7 x 13.8) support pillow. If you have neck problems and you're a back sleeper this pillow might really help. As with most memory foam it is very comfortable and supportive as soon as you lay your head on it, but it does tend to get a little hot in the night especially with the satin cover. To rememdy this, I put a cotton cover on it. It doesn't look pretty but it's more comfortable for me. At the time of this review, this pillow is selling for $69.99 on Amazon, which feels a little pricey to me. HOWEVER, if you are purely looking for a back sleeping pillow (this will not work for side sleepers) this may be the pillow you're looking for. Read more
