I have been looking for the perfect pair of stretch ankle pants in khaki color to wear to work. I was very skeptical of these based on the price. I got them yesterday and they are perfect! They fit perfect - snug but night tight like leggings, perfect color as pictured and just the right length - not so long that I have to have them hemmed but just past my ankle. I am very pleased with the feel of the fabric and the fit. Love the smooth, stretchy fabric. Very comfortable!!! 5’ 2” 128 lb Purchased Size 8. The waist is a slightly big but a fancy belt would fix that. Length a bit long but I like that they don’t ride up past ankle when sitting. Legs comfortably trim and not tight. Excellent value for the price. Wore them straight from package after warm tumble with wet towel. Will amend after washing if needed. Also bought in navy. These are a really SKINNY pant through the calves, before washing, which is the only reason for 4 stars-otherwise, great fit & washed well, with a little (expected) shrinkage. I sized up, one size, because I knew I would wash and dry them most of the way always! I did exactly that, first thing & wore the next day with almost no sagging after the shift. I am 5'1", for reference and they puddle slightly at the top of my foot after washing-so good for me, no tailor needed! I need pockets, which they do have. They're big enough to be functional, but not deep enough for any current generation cell phone, (I have an iPhone 11). With the strongly tapered leg, they might appear legging-like, which is a No-no at my job; but the dress pant style & comfort won me over. I have been looking all over for trouser/slacks that are skinny but don't look like leggings and have an actual zipper. When I do find them, they tend to be ill fitted or material that's too casual. These are a smooth material and they look very polished. The legs are skinny but the bottom of the pant does not cling to your ankle, but tapers in an appealing way. I've got long legs and the regular length does not expose my ankle, which I like. They are fitted at my natural hip right below my belly button, but the size 10 does not give me a muffin top nor do they pull around my crotch. I'm really excited to wear these to work! I've included my measurements because that's one of the hardest things when you're buying online - I was trying to match up my measurements with other people who bought pants so I could imagine the fit. I love these pants. I bought 3 pairs because I love the fit so much! They are VERY comfortable, and fit almost perfectly - I only wish they were a tiny bit tighter at the waist because I have to wear a belt. Here is why they're 3 stars instead of 5: I bought my first pair over a year ago, and wore them 1-2 times a week. Their hems have come completely unstitched, and there are little elastic frayed ends in the crotch. The hems aren't a problem, because they're tight around my calves and I can just tuck them under at the start of a work day and they stay tucked the whole time, no problem. The elastic/material breakdown is more obvious and I'll probably have to retire 2 of my 3 pairs now because of that. Worth the money! But pretty low quality material and stitching. Also, line drying DOESN'T WORK, because when they're wet they are about 2-3 sizes bigger and line drying won't bring them back to the right size. I am 5'7" and 125-130 lbs, and I boought size 4. these pants are perfection! I never write reviews but I felt I had to for these. I always am in search of pants that fit tighter around my ankles and not loose like most other business pants. they come past the ankle too which I love since I'm not the kind to wear a Capri style look. I am 5'6 and weigh about 125. I Ordered the size 0 and 2 and the zero fit me get with still some wiggle room. Material is a stretchy feel and makes butts look great! Usually I spend 60$ on a pair on "stretch fit slim" pants from the limited but these are the EXACT same! ordering the Navy ones too! and yes they are completely work appropriate, have belt loops, and clasps properly, the do not look like leggings ( which I was worried about as my job is strict with attire). I have been on the hunt for The Limited Exact Stretch Pants ever since they went out of business a couple years ago. I finally did a search by the mix of fabrics and found these. I have spent over $100 on pants that should have been similar, but have never found them. I do find these to be a bit on the small side, but perhaps I'm in denial and I've become a bit on the large side. I still have a pair of size 10 The Limited Exact Stretch straight leg pants (they are dying a slow death every time I wear them, they are so old and so worn), and they fit perfectly. I needed a size 12 in these, but I can tell that they will stretch out just like the The Limited pants did, so I'm keeping both the 10 and 12 I ordered. If you're a fan of the FORMER The Limited, not the current one that does not offer any of the previous styles and quality, you won't be disappointed with these. My only complaint is the ridiculously, adorably small zipper. It's 2 inches at best! Silly. Hard to get on, but once they're on, they're what I've been searching for. Read more
