I have been using Ryze Pads for as long as Satisfye has been producing them. IMO I feel that these are better than the leading brand Kontrolfreeks. Also if you're looking for steam deck pads, the ones for XBOX are the ones you need for it. Sometimes they list it saying it supports it sometimes it doesn't list it. A quick chat with their customer service told me that's the ones that are used for Steam Deck. Read more

I love these. The grippiness is amazing but comes at a price. The rubbery material is soft and with a lot of play wears down and the edge of the plastic comes through. I don't use the swivel one so I don't care about that but the fixed ones are great. Just wish they were a lot more durable at this price. Read more

I wanted to like these. The design is brilliant. They're super comfy. But any serious game time on these and the raised pattern that makes them grippy rubs right off. I kept finding black particles all over my white controller wondering where it came from then realized all the thumbcaps were just glossy and smooth. Also, these fit the xbox joystick so poorly. They spin, unintentionally, at the point where they grip. This isn't an issue on the ps5 version which is why i bought a second pair for my xbox in the first place. It's a shame cause the design on these is brilliant but pretty much everything else fails. Especially at such a ridiculously high price point. Give these a pass and get some FPS freeks. Read more

TL;DR: Do business with a different company. I bought a set of grips for the XB1 controller direct from the company as a Christmas gift. The package arrived a few days before the 25th and they came missing the vaunted swivel grip. Just an empty spot in the case. So much for a "new" product. I contacted customer support and they sent me a swivel grip that didn't fit. It had "PS" on the underside, so I figured I'd see if it was worthy of the hype and tried to slip it onto my OEM Sony PS4 controller as they advertise that the grips fit PS4 and PS5 controllers. It wouldn't fit at all. It actually gouged a chunk out of the thumbstick. It did fit the Switch Pro Controller, but that's not what they claim. Keep in mind that this "replacement" didn't arrive until January, so I couldn't give this to my friend for Christmas even if it was the right part. I contacted CS again, and they said they'd send out the correct grip. Come February and I still hadn't received the grip so I tried contacting them again. It's now April 26th CS has been ignoring my emails ever since. Do business with a different company. Read more

The swivel pad is extremely sensitive (spins too much). All Ryze pads rotate while on the thumbsticks. This isn't an issue unless you try and use the notched pads, so when you want to align the pad to the position of your thumb it won't make it through a match without having to rotate it back in place. These were issues I found right after I got at the launch of the product. The lastest issue I have is the grip does not seem to be lasting very long. The picture shows the wear after less than 3 months. Most of the textured grip is now gone. Stick with control freeks, they are cheaper and last longer. EDIT: Now at 4 months the thumbsticks grip is almost worthless. The texture is completely gone. Don't plan on this product lasting too long. Also Satisfye will not even respond to any emails I've had addressing these issues. The only response I get from them is an auto response telling me they will respond to all emails within 48 hours of receiving them. It's been months with multiple emails and no response. Read more
