So I purchased this nail lamp to do my nails. I don’t do much other than polygel and nail gel coloring. I don’t do the gems or the very elaborate stuff people do at home or salons. The lamp is portable, light, durable, and powerful enough to cure polygel and nail gel. It has a 16 watts light that’s able to cure many type of nails in just 60 seconds (1 minute). Another thing I love about this nail lamp is that I can plug it directly to an outlet or a portable battery pack like the one I use to charge my phone when I am traveling. Just in cause you still don’t know, no, this nail lamp DOES NOT is not rechargeable or has batteries pre installed. You have to plug it to a power source such an outlet or a battery pack. I saw some reviews complaining that it doesn’t keep charge but that’s because it’s not advertised as such. Just saying. The design is compact and easy to use. This lamp was ok at first, but quickly went downhill. I bought this for professional use, so here is my review as a professional. Battery life is poor at best. Ive had this lamp for roughly 8 months and have never been able to do more than one service without having to plug it in. The battery is good for 20 minutes of use, then dies. This means max of 10 cycles of 60 second cure time. I can do approximately one structured manicure, and the battery needs to be recharged. The life of the lightbulbs is poor. After using this lamp for 5 days (or less) per week, for approximately 25 weeks, the bulbs no longer have the power to cure even light colored, sheer gel polish. I have had to use someone elses lamp for the last 2 weeks because all of my sets are coming out with uncured gel. Its a pretty looking lamp. I love the rhinestones. But this lamp is ONLY good for at home users, DIY nail girlies, or someone who only needs to do one set per week, unless you want to have to replace your lamp 2x every year. Read more
This light works well but it’s soooo light weight that the charger cord if not straightened causes the light to shift and the legs don’t stay in place so I find myself having the hold the slight still and it’s smaller than what I thought but I love the color Read more
