I had a few pairs years ago and absolutely loved them. So, I rescently bought 6 pairs through their website directly and they were too small. They were size mediums. I messaged them directly and didn't get a response. I waited a few months and decided to give them 1 more chance. I order 3 more through Amazon and decided to go with a size large which was the next size up. They are too big. So now I have 9 pairs of Saxx underwear that I'm not going to wear unless I either gain or lose some weight. I'm giving them a failing grade based on sizing and customer service.
