Overall, I would describe this as uncomfortable and vaguely effective. There is no balance between the strap being too tight or too loose, it's only ever one or the other. There's a hard plastic bit on the inside of it which makes it horrible to fish out to adjust AND occassionally you'll lay on it. Additionally, I don't know if my hair is getting messed up by putting it inthe cap, but it doesn't make too large of a different to me than sleeping regularly without the cap. Read more
