Two ways to install
These worked perfectly and my wife certainly appreciated the knives being sharp! When slipping these on the rubber wheels, pay attention to the direction the wheels rotate... if you get them on backwards, the knife edge will catch the sanding belt and tear it where they are glued together. Good sharpening
Bought the Nirey sharpener for our meat market. The guys like it, and that’s all that matters. The sharpening wheels only use half the wheel so when not enough grit to keep blades touched up, just flip it over and use other half. Read more
