This is a stylish, attractive digital scale, and looks much nicer than my old analog one. As in the picture, the scale (with battery already inside), the measuring tape, and the instruction sheet are included. Easy to set up and use. The platform is made of glass, so I was a little reluctant to step on at first, but of course that's what it's made for. The amazon page mentions it's safe for up to 330 lbs, the instructions say something about 396 lbs. Either way, it's best to step on directly over the metal underneath so that your weight is evenly distributed and more directly supported. As far as I could tell, the reading is accurate, even if less kind than my old analog scale. Read more

This Accu-Measure Scale and MyoTape Body Measure Tape are very nice. The scale is beautiful. It is a clear glass and has easily readable weight. The battery compartment on the back,comes with a battery included (those flat round ones) and has a switch to turn it on and to either lb or kg. The tape measure is great. It makes measuring your arms, legs, etc very easy. You just pull the tape out from the one side and insert the little tab piece on the end into the other side. Pull out as much as you need to get it around the body part and then just press the button and the tape will automatically roll back up to where you can get the measurement. Love them both. This scale is very flimsy. The package was nicely wrapped in bubble wraps but when I open up, the back supporting stick and the circle part was ripped off. Then I notice they use some types of glue to glue it and when I tried to placed it back to the original spot it wouldn't stick and the sticks is very loose. The measuring tape and the scale itself is accurate, but overall I feel the material is very cheap. Read more
