great machine. i'm happy. Be gentle when charging it?
The product works great, but there is a BUT. The light is convenient to see teeth areas better. I was able to use the strongest setting, it didn't hurt me at all and was effective at removing tarter. but like some other people, the machine stop working after the first time i charged it. I gave up on it after like 2 weeks of it no working. But one day I mentally told myself i would make it work. I hit the bottom of the machine on to the palm of my hand two times. and the battery level kicked in, showed a full charge and it started working again. So try what i did folks, and maybe your machine will work again. Read more
