Fantastic Steampunk dress. Scarlet Darkness makes this silky feeling midi dress. Ordered mine in purple and black and the colors are vibrant and rich. It is well made and lined too. The waistline is stretchy and accommodates losing or gaining a few pounds. It's flattering as heck. The shirred waistline and wide neckline give a beautiful silhouette. The fabric is a medium weight, shiny soft material. I think this would be a little warm in the summer, despite having cap sleeves that can be worn below the shoulders or pulled up over them. The dress can be worn as a party dress, for Steampunk or Goth festivals and gatherings, or for Victorian cosplay. I'm 5' tall and the hem hits me below the shin, so it's a bit long on me. This dress actually fit decently on my body. I am plus sized, about 2x, and this dress looked nice and was comfortable. That being said the material was a little strange. It was a bit more stretchy than I had expected and the dress wasn’t as structured as I had hoped. It looked better with a petticoat underneath to make it have a little more volume in the skirt.
