We always use the Schlage brand for knobs. Black knobs come black hardware, gold knobs come with gold hardware. However, the strike plate and latch plate in the box for the bright chrome knob we ordered DOES NOT match the knob finish (it is a satin finish). This is a nice looking bathroom door lock and I ordered 5 bathroom and 4 closet sets,, It's slightly larger than your average knob. Great quality, easy installation, maybe 15 minutes per lock set including removing the old one. I read previous reviews concerning how difficult this was to install, one stated an L shaped screwdriver had to be used. On the inside knob shaft there is a small spring loaded pin that you push with a small screwdriver. Push that pin in and remove the entire knob and the escutcheon plate, the 2 screws are now accessible. It's all in the instructions. The only issue I had was with a couple escutcheon plates not snapping on as tight as they should have. One is still loose.
