The sticky sheets are quite easy to ripoff and go to the next one. I have picked up everything from crumbs off carpet to fuzzies off my clothes and dust in car. Easily picks up hair, dog hair and dirt. I think its worth the price because the handle is thick, sturdy, and the size is effective for the area it can provide for. Read more

I love the jumbo sized lint roller and these extra sticky jumbo sized lint roller sticker-refill-thingies!! We have 2 cats that shed a ridiculous amount. I walk into a room and just existing in their space means I'm covered in cat hair. These will grab the hair off the couch and dang near strip the couch itself! In fact, they're so good at sticking that I slap the lint roller to the side of my dryer and store it there because I'm afraid that if I store it on a shelf or with other items, it'll strip them to their skivvies too! I only took away one star from "easy to use" because if any of it sticks to you while you're trying to use it or tear one off you might end up looking like the idiot from an infomercial who falls to the floor, unable to move, tangled up in saranwrap. When it comes to pet hair on furniture, there's no magic bullet--we all know this. I tried this with no particular expectations, though, and it was better than I expected. In fact, probably the best roller I've used to date. The same company's similar-named "extra sticky extra-large roller for pet hair" (as opposed to "ultimate clean") is notably less effective. (I actually thought they might be the same, just differently labeled, but now I don't think so.) It can be hard to separate sheets cleanly, simply because they're so wide it's very easy for them to catch on each other. That's annoying when the price per sheet is so high. Actual rating is 3.5 points. Have been using these roller sheets for a few years now. This is what I've learned: Worked great initially - sheets seemed stickier. When removing the white cardboard peice from inside the sticky paper tube, the sticky sheet(s) would get stuck and ended up wasting sheets trying to untangle the roll to where I was able to slide the sticky sheet roll onto the roller bar. I notice now the roll is scotch taped inside and doesn't stick [as bad] to the white cardboard piece. I finally figured out how to get the outer yellow wrapper off the roll without wasting/crumbling sheets. A recent batch (I'm on a subscription for this item) would not tear on the pre-perforated lines. Not sure what happened or why. Was tricky to tear used sheets off the roll in one piece. This negatively affected the ease of use. I've gone through several roller handles because the tips on either end of the cylinder that clip into the roller handle broke off, making the cylinder unusable. I ended up having to buy replacement roller handles. In summary, I use these rollers daily especially for pet hair and have a roller in several rooms in the house. I haven't found anything on the market so far that's a good alternative. I just think the manufacturer could step up the quality of the roller handle, the cylinder, and the ease of getting the sticky sheet tube onto the roller cylinder more easily without causing crumpled or wasted sticky sheets.
