The color of this vest and its style blends with many colors. It took a while to remember where all the pockets are. I bought it a size up to wear on a trip so I wouldn't have to carry as much luggage, and it accomplished the purpose. The fabric is lightweight but strong and easy to machine wash. Loved the weight of this vest and LOVED all the pockets for international travel. Comfortable - I ordered a large and am 5'4" 150 lbs. A medium would have fit too but by the time you add all your travel things inside, it would be snug. My large size selection also allowed me to layer underneath it. Cons: I ordered the black for its versatility, and I even washed it before the trip in case the black bled on other fabrics - but to my dismay, it bled onto light fabrics. I still recommend the vest but I'd wash it 3 or 4 times before weaing it. Con: I the interior pockets are so deep, it's hard to see down inside due to dark lining - so it would be nice if those were a lighter fabric inside. Read more

This is a GREAT tool for travel to keep things secure from wandering nefarious hands and to keep my hands free from lugging around a purse. Can’t wait to use it on my next trip overseas. I bought an XL, a size larger than I normally wear (5’8” and 155 lbs), as I wanted to allow for a thicker shirt in cooler temps plus any bulk from items I carry in the many pockets. Very functional, but 3 stars for being too ugly and expensive. This vest has tons of pockets of various sizes, some secure, some open, some outside, some inside. The color (stone) is bleh. The cut and fit is boxy and unflattering, like a construction vest, and that's before you fill up the pockets. Lightweight material for warm weather but weighs a bit because of the pockets and zippers. The price is outrageous, but, unfortunately, I couldn't find anything else with so many pockets at a reasonable price. I finally found a vest with 6 large secure pockets, a much better look, and a fraction of the price, so I'm going that way. Read more
