Upon receiving this steam cleaner and unpacking it, I'm very impressed with the number of attachments that come with it, making it virtually useful in any situation. I got this to steam away and clean tile and grout in a shower that's been needing work for years. Using the brush attachment, I was able to scrub away the dirt and discoloration that had accumulated over the years on the grout. A very handy, useful feature is that it has an extension that comes in three pieces, so you can do your work, steaming things on the ground, without having to bend over, which is a big plus for me. The unit is lightweight and very easy to use. The water tank, even though it is fairly small, lasts much longer than you would expect. It also comes with a long cord, eliminating the need for an extension cord if you’re not using it close to an outlet. This works really well and heats up fast, and I love that it can switch between a handheld steamer and a mop with all the attachments for different jobs. It does a great job on floors and kitchen messes, and I like not having to use chemicals. The only downside is the cord, which makes it a little awkward to move around and limits where I can use it without switching outlets. This is a great multi purpose steamer. The cord length is long enough to be able to move around freely without pulling. Assembling the product was very easy to do and understand as well, and comes with a nice bag for the multiple different heads it comes with for all types of cleaning. It's been very durable and heavy duty feeling making me confident this will last a long time. And last but not least, the cleaning power is excellent! It warms up very quickly, has a lock so you don't have to hold the button down the whole time you're cleaning which is very nice, and makes getting that grime up very easy. We absolutely love the ScrubWiz 10-in-1 Steam Cleaner. It’s compact, powerful, versatile, and has quickly become one of our most-used cleaning tools around the house. Assembly was very straightforward, and it was ready to use almost immediately, heating up in about 10 seconds as advertised. The 320ml water tank lasts longer than I expected. I can clean multiple areas without constantly refilling. The steam output is strong and works extremely well on stubborn grease, especially on my kitchen range and hood. It cuts through grime without any chemicals and smells. I really like the ergonomic handle and the hands-free steam lock. It makes longer cleaning sessions much more comfortable. The mop extension works great on sealed floors, and the wide range of attachments makes it easy to switch from floors to windows, grout, appliances, and even spot-cleaning other areas. The only downside is that the power cord could be a bit longer, but this is a minor issue compared to how well the unit performs overall. I've had this ten-in-one steam cleaner/mop for almost two months and have definitely noticed a difference in how clean things look. It heats up quickly (about 12 seconds) and produces strong steam that helps remove dirt and stains.
