The insoles are flat and outer sole is weak. I can feel the heel pressing up when I walk and the mid-foot falling. The look of the shoe is a boxier than I’d like, but it gives plenty of toe & midfoot room and will fit a wide foot. This is a decent shoe but overpriced for the quality. The ankle boots is comfortable, great quality and price. The shoe has an additional removable foot bed to adjustment size. I am between size. I purchased my size 8, with boots and booties I usually buy an 81/2 because I like wear thick socks in the winter. With these anke boots I can remove the extra foot bed to adjust the size to an 81/2 for more room. It fits my feet perfect, the removable foot bed is great idea for a person between sizes.
