These are useful to just get your hair out of your face or can be used in cute hairstyles. The bands are thin but they come lined with a rubbery layer so they stay put much easier than just plastic. I have been using these for years and they don’t break super easily unless you are over stretching them to the extreme. These headbands have silicone combs built into the headband which makes them less scratchy on your head and better at pulling your hair back and keeping it from coming loose. This is the only headband I would buy since I discovered these. Great idea and very comfortable and pretty inexpensive. Recommended for daily wear or working out. Read more

These definitely do what they say! I have been doing a bit of an experiment . . . I've been wearing the same hair holder daily for nearly a week-and-a-half to see if it really stays in place.
