This is a fantastic sleeping bag. I’m 6’4’’ and I have plenty of room in and never feel restricted by it. The size is amazing I can stand in it holing the top over my head and I the bottom is still touching the ground. It’s incredibly warm and water resistant. It packs down very small and the weight is perfect for long backpacking trips. Read more

This bag is amazing. Needed something for couch sleeping while traveling. This is perfect. Very lightweight and small. I wanted a rectangular bag and the long version of this is pretty close. The regular is basically a mummy which feels too confining. I thought I wouldn’t like the drawstring at the feet but it has been useful on warmer days. You can use the bag as a blanket or you can use it as a blanket and still have your feet tucked in the bottom part of the bag. It is definitely warm enough for inside a camp with no heat in fall. I needed a bag for a motorcycle tour in the Philippines and knew it would be warm but cooler at night. I knew that these quilt type bags were a thing with bike packers (which I also do) and so I felt like it would be worth trying. I loved it. At night when it was cold and a damp I drew the drawstring at the bottom and when the temp rose later and the winds died down I opened the bottom and allowed my feet to catch the breeze. I used it in the hotel rooms when we stayed there and it was great to have the AC on cold but then to have a nice down quilt that allowed me to feel warm but sleep in a cold room (my preference). So this thing was just super useful, exactly the right warmth and compressed super small. Love it. Read more

We bought his and hers bags and both love them. You may want the liner to add another layer of warmth if you are cold-blooded while sleeping on the trail. Compresses WAY down for the trail. Includes a storage sack that allows the bag to luff more between outings. Read more

I have the 50 degree Tr1, and it's a perfect piece of warm weather gear. The bag packs down to a liter and a half. I use it as a blanket. It has a zipper on it's side, and drawcords at it's top and bottom. The regular comes in under a pound. It comes with an ultra-sil compression sack, and a storage/travel bag- both are high quality. If you are a larger human, and are planning to use it with the bottom closed, you might want to opt for the Large. Read more
