One of my favorite Amazon buys! This is a perfect and intriguing lamp. Amazing price for an expensive-looking and charming light! As a beguiling and intriguing woman, I require a room of my own. So, I created a "lady lounge" in our house where I do all my creative thinking, karaokeing, spontaneous dancing and general day-to-day ridiculousness. It houses all my curios and objects from my world travels. This light fits in perfectly with the mystical allure of my lady lounge. It sits atop my bureau, which a great Maharaja gifted to me, (just kidding - I bought it at a yard sale in New Jersey) and shines an alluring ambient light that warms those dark midnight hours as I toil at my memoirs and delight at life's joys. The media could not be loaded. I love this touch lamp!! I'm usually lazy about posting a revew but this time I just had to share my experience with this lamp. It is a modern lamp but with a warm touch! I placed it in my room and it gave it a very nice touch. It looks exactly as it is on the picture and for the price it is very good quality! It can turn on by touching in any area of either top or bottom and it also has three different ligth tones. I think that this lamp is perfect if you are looking somenthing unique and modern. This is not like any other lamps. You know how every body has those big things that if you are not careful sometimes because that thing is to big you can hit it by accident and it falls down. Well you won't have that problem with this!! I'm also so thankful that it comes with the bulb and ready to be pluged in. It's the perfect size to set on a tabletop. I like the touch feature and that it has three light settings. I mostly use the lowest one. It appears a little cheap when pulling it out of the box but once it's set up it's really pretty and I use it everyday in the evening. Read more

I bought these because in this dining room we have a slanted ceiling so no chandelier. I’m tired of not knowing what I am eating at dinner time. Ha ha. So last night we turned these on... only thing is, the lamps were glaring to us because the light bulb were making the plastic rhinestones bounce off the room. Today I tried some parchment t paper from my kitchen ( hey, I only will have these on while I am eating while sitting right in front of the lamps... if the parchment paper can handle 400 plus degrees in my oven, I’m sure a 60 watt bulb will not cause any harm.... and if I ever smell anything I will update this review to let you know.... ) with the parchment paper, this went from just “ pretty” to very useful. I wish that I knew how to rewrite the bottom to have it be battery operated... but the cord is clear and long so I know once I set my table fully, no one will see the cords. I love them... I think instead of the peacock feathers I may buy a floor lamp to blend with it... I think it will complete the room. If you are thinking about this seller... do it. Haves enjoyed this sweet lamp EVERY day in a dark corner of my kitchen for 4 years. The light bulb that came with it just died. The one I’m trying to use is flickering. It should work?! Attractive lamp with decent, but not heavy weight. The plastic “crystals” are secured at the top and bottom of each opening. The lamp has three different brightness levels that adjust by touch to any part of the lamp. Because the bulb is a regular bulb shape instead of a cylinder shape, the light is concentrated near the middle and bottom of the of the lamp. If I can find a three way cylinder bulb, I might purchase it to distribute the glow a bit more. My only issue is that the lamp stopped turning off by touch. I now have to unplug it to turn it off, which is a pain. I don’t turn it on as much now as a result as I’m not sure that’s really safe. And if I plug it back in too quickly, it turns back on.
