No drama, no complicated tools, no calling a plumber. Just straightforward and seamless. The performance is excellent. The pressure is strong (in the best way) and fully adjustable, which makes it feel customized rather than one-size-fits-all. It works incredibly well and feels high quality every time you use it. Design-wise, it’s sleek and modern (not bulky or clunky). It blends beautifully into the bathroom, which as a female, I really appreciate. The only real downside? Using any bathroom outside our home now feels like a downgrade. I also have to mention Jordan, the founder. I had a small question about one of the parts and reached out to the company. To my surprise, he himself responded almost immediately, and was incredibly kind, and genuinely helpful. Installed in less than 5 minutes with a screwdriver and adjustable wrench. Came with easy instructions and even a bit of plumbing tape which made the install a breeze. Has two settings, one for front and one for rear, both with adjustable pressure. Aesthetically it has a sleek design that looks good in the bowl and the control is in a great spot with easy to read print. Great value for the money, would recommend. Read more
Performs beautifully and looks professional. Install the waterline before putting unit on the commode; then you won't have to hang upside down and risk stripping the threads. Bought this to cut down on tp use as we have a septic tank. We love it, it works well, water is cool but not uncomfortable. Easy to install and it works well. We bought some flannels for drying so our tp usage is almost zero. Keeps you feeling clean and fresh, highly recommend. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Impressed by the packing. Came in an Amazon box, manufacturer outer box and product box. No way this thing was getting banged up. Super simple and clean looking bidet. Install was easy and took literally about 10 minutes. Might depend on how your toilet is positioned but everything works great. Have a screwdriver and a wrench handy for install. Modern look. I had to replace an older bidet and liked the looks of this one. My old one was like a remote control with like 4 buttons and a turn nozzle..This combines it all in one. It was Super easy to install, It came with plumbers tape which I was happy about as I did not have any and it adjusts it spray my nether regions. Like the other reviews have said its really easy to install. You really just need a pair of channel locks. or 1/2 or 9/16 or whatever size your valves are and a screwdriver. After a trip overseas where bidets are the norm, going back to TP is just gross. Easy installation, works great though the markings on the dial are incomprehensible. Grab a marker pen and paint the “off” position to avoid a slow drip all day. Read more
