I love love LOVE this knife set!!! I wanted some real Damascus, not that silly laser etched stuff...kinda hard to find because that laser stuff is all advertised as Damascus. I've nicked myself quite a few times because they are way sharper than what I'm used to so be careful! Highly recommend. I have a video somewhere of me moving the knife through a piece of hanging paper...the paper doesn't move much at all...the knife just cuts through so slowly and ruthlessly. If I find it I'll add to this. If I had to ask for anything different, the handle design doesn't match anything else in my kitchen. Same blades, different options for handles and colors maybe? I researched the rest of their line and found some that I liked better, cosmetically, but THESE I liked the best for functionality (plus I was buying a set).
